Kateřina Pištorová
Managing Partner
Kateřina brings in more than 20 years of experience from the field of corporate communications and marketing. Her experience stems from varied background - a family IT company, global corporations and consulting companies focused on SME segment.
Over a decade she worked for MAKRO Cash & Carry retail chain, holding various positions in marketing, HR and corporate communications. Later, she held the position of Spokesperson and Head of External communication of Siemens. This global industrial powerhouse employs over 11 thousand employees in the CZ and holds the leading position in the area of industrial technologies and their research and development.
Most recently, as a Marketing and Communication Director she was part of the top management group of ABB Czech Republic, the global leader in technology innovations for industry and robotics and a pioneering leader in the heavily discussed area of e-mobility. Managing a team of 20 MarCom specialists, she was responsible for communication and marketing strategy of the company.
Her experience includes external and internal communications, media relations, crisis communication, corporate social responsibility, customer relations, branding, employer branding, digital communication, event management, and spokesperson skills.
Kateřina is the founder and Managing Partner of Pištora PR. She graduated from J. E. Purkyně university and acquired a PR diploma from London School of Public Relations and APRA spokesperson certificate. On regular basis, she is a member of the jury of the Lemur award recognizing the best Czech PR projects.
